Hmm didn't work for me either both in the app and from the website. Anyone had any luck? I'm wondering if somehow I'm doing it wrong.
Just realised the deal is targeted. The promo code only works with citibank reward program customer. You need to apply this code when book Hilton hotels in Citibank Reward website https://www.citirewards.com/
May not work with Amex deal as you need to book directly with Hilton?
