These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Valentine's Promotion offer ('Promotion"). Navan Inc. ("Navan") will give each eligible user ("Participant") the following amounts in Navan Rewards for their stay ("Award") who (a) claims the offer for the Award ("Offer") by clicking the link on the Navan personal travel booking platform or in the email ("Offer Link") and (b) books an eligible hotel reservation on the personal travel platform between February 3, 2025 and February 28, 2025 ("Promotion Period").

Award Amount:
The Award for any Participants who meet the eligibility requirements is thirty dollars ($30USD) or local currency equivalent.

The Award only can be used for pay-now personal hotel bookings made during the Promotion Period ("Award Booking") and must be used prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Participant will forfeit the Award used to make the Award Booking if the Participant changes or cancels the Award Booking at any time. The Promotion is limited to one Award per Participant.

Navan Rewards Terms and Conditionsapply. The Award is not exchangeable for cash, non refundable, and non-transferable. Participants are responsible for the entire cost of the Award Booking, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and all other additional costs incurred, including at the hotel.
