    • more like let the price raise begin

    • What happens if I buy a $600 thing
Do I get two $100 vouchers or one

      • Only 1 voucher will be awarded per registered Australian eBay account during the Offer Period.

actually good work to the op who posted the preliminary deal and warned us that something was coming.
i almost bought a big item but held off

      • +12

Yeah same, I messaged a friend who was planning to make a ~$280 purchase to wait, so the other deal was helpful in a way.

        • +1

And we know EC doesn't like people placing orders and missing out on a potential discount

    • Can someone explain what all the downvotes are about? I feel out of the loop on this one.

      • I was thinking the same thing. But it is sheepbargain. No one wants to be out on their own.

      • +1

Someone else (O O) posted the following deal:

[Unconfirmed] Spend $150 and get a $?? Voucher, Spend $300 and get a $?? Voucher @ Selected eBay Stores

Because of that deal the OP of this post hunted until he found the terms. Everyone knows that EC just has a grudge against some posters and wants to make them look bad hence why everyone is neging him.

      • +1

        EC just being EC.

  • +1

Front page in under 5 minutes!

  • +6

Might find a list of participating stores from here: www.ebay.com.au/rpp/clickandcollect

    • +1

Seems to be site wide if it has the Big W and Woolworths click and collect option

      • So if I buy from any seller who offers click & collect over the minimum amount and not excluded categories, then would this qualify?

    • -1

Is there actually a list of participating stores that allow click and collect at bigW or Woolies? The categories link to any item that allows any form of CC, not specifically from bigW or Woolies. E.g. It shows items from Target where you CC the items from Target only.

  • +3

Perfect timing considering I need to buy parts for my new build!

  • Do you need to 'Simply Collect' or does the listing just need to have that option available?

Edit : Found the answer in the FAQ:

You must also select "Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W" as your delivery option.

  • last time SA was not included. lets hope this time we actually get noticed as an australian state.

    • +3

Unfortunately,SA and WA are excluded again.

      • Are you kidding me. Where does it say this??

        Edit: Dw, found it.

      • +1

        WTF ?!?!
That is just effed right up.
That should be counted as 'major issues with supplier' and eligible for a down-vote.

        • +4

I agree crunchyhead **All SA and WA Ebayers ** all of us should boycott eBay in protest.

        • -8

Negative votes? Really? What the hell is wrong with you dipsticks?
I have seen accepted negs for far less and I for one am sick of so many "Australia wide" deals excluding SA WA.

CONSIDER THIS DEAL NEGGED ON GROUNDS OF DISCRIMINATION!

        • @crunchyhead:
Vouchers still granted when purchasing barrels posted to SA

      • I think that image might be a mistake as it's strange that they don't say anything about it in the t&c. It just seems to be that option 2 isn't(or wasn't) available for Step 2, because how are you meant to do step 2 and 3?

    • +46

Oh wow, do you guys have electricity again?

      • +14

        Ohhhh 'member electricity???

  • Good find OP

  • +3

Don't forget to use your voucher by the 30th of November .

    • It sneaky how in the past they state they will email and notify you on issuing the voucher, however they never did. Only on logging in it was quietly sitting at the very bottom of my account.

  • +1

Can this stack with the Groupon voucher?

    • +4

Voucher is not to be used in conjunction with any other eBay coupon/voucher.

I personally wouldn't risk it. Saying that it would probably work.

    • +1

Who wants to be the test dummy?

  • +5
    • +6

      So weak.

    • Oh whhhaaattt! :(

    • +4

That's ridiculous. Got excited for no reason…

    • Bloody hell! I almost got my hopes up until I saw your comment. :(

    • +2

I think it's only WA that's excluded. There are stores you can collect from in SA, but not WA.

The image you've linked to appears to be the offer for last year's promotion, as it quotes spend $100 (not $150) to get a $50 voucher/spend $300 (not $200) to get a $100 voucher.

  • Pixel?

    • +12

Go for a full hd tv.

      • Google

  • It keeps referring to spending $200 to get the $100 voucher?

"Is there a minimum spend to qualify for the $100 voucher? Yes, there is a minimum spend of $200 required and you will need to select "Click & Collect at Woolworths & BIG W" as your delivery option. — "

The offer will begin on at 7:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 20 October and run until 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 26 October 2015. Read the full terms

    • So you need to click and collect when using the voucher as well?

      Edit: Never mind, misread

    • You can use the $50 voucher as full payment for a $50 item or part payment for a more expensive item. You can use the $100 voucher as full payment for a $100 item or part payment for a more expensive item. You can also buy multiple items to make up the voucher amount. To do this you will need to use the shopping cart. Pop up to 10 items into the cart then pay for them in one transaction.

The voucher covers both item and postage costs. You must use the full voucher amount in one transaction or you forfeit any unspent balance. There is no minimum spend for either the $50 or $100 voucher.

    • It says $200 on some pages, and $300 on others.

    • +2

Those were last years terms. Read it again. Says 2015

      • So let's wait for the deal to be as good or better than last time. This seems a bit dilute in comparison.

  • +4

Can't… think… what do i need dang it!

    • No perishable food or household items will do the trick.

  • +3

I used the $50 voucher last year on a G4 from Koagan ebay. Got a full refund from Kogan for my bootlooped G4. When the refund cam there there was 2 transaction. 1 for $449 for me and 1 $50 refunded back to eBay. I am still fighting with eBay to be able to reuse the voucher on next purchase. And to top it off I don't have the voucher number

    • You want to use the voucher when you returned the item?

      • +6

they took $50 off the refunded price. He never received the voucher

        ebay ripped him off

        • Oh damn that sucks

        • +1

@Putnum: I had a similar case, eBay eventually gave me another code voucher to use. Took quite some time going back and forth and a lot of explaining though.

I think it was only a $10 voucher though

        • @impoze:
Be very careful on choosing a good merchant and simple item likely to not have any issues when using these vouchers.

        • Exactly. Already spoken to them 3 times. They told me just to reuse the voucher number yet I don't know it and they can't tell me what it was???

  • +1

i am a bit confused. In conditions it says for $50 voucher spend $150 and for $100 voucher it says a spend of $300 but at the bottom where is shows working it says $50 for $100 spend and $100 voucher for $200 spend. Which one is right.

  • Wow 100 +Votes in ~25 min, nice

  • +3

MobileCiti and Futu are on the list.

    PS4 Pro here i come!!!

    • Are you pre-ordering PS4 Pro to get the $100 voucher? Or using the $100 voucher towards buying one?

      • pre ordering :D

        • +1

You found a seller who has it for click and collect? Did search and came up with nothing. Link if you can.

        • @d1s34s3d: need to check myself but apparently the gamesmen eBay store does.

  • +4

so if I was to sell $300 of crap to myself then I'd pay fees of ~$30 and end up with a $100 voucher = ~$70 "profit"??

    • only if your ebay account qualifies for C&C at woolworths

      Mine does fortunately :)

I did this once with a ebay promo: Sell $1000 worth and get $50 voucher with no FVF on 1st listing . I ended up with a free $50 voucher

      • So you have two eBay accounts? Did you really send the item (or sent empty box maybe)?

      • Mine does fortunately :)

So how about posting some deals like an Xbox one s for ozbargainers in exchange for sweet karma?

    • +3

I have heard from people that using an ebay voucher basically allows Ebay/Paypal to ignore your consumer rights. If anything goes wrong with the gift voucher transaction, you won't get money back.

    • If you can Click and Collect from BigW or whatever it is!
