Where did you get those numbers from? I've run a benchmark on a drive I picked up at lunch and got the following for file sizes between 16MByte and 1MByte:

        Read: 22.5MByte/s
        Write 19.6MByte/s

EDIT: Sorry, should have been clear - that benchmark is for the 32gb drives

Got 2 from Officeworks Ascot Vale,, 64gb,,thanks OP

    • Nice, they only showed as limited online. Were they the last 2?

  • none at oxley - they told me the staff brought all the stock

  • None at Werribee store.

  • Got the last one at Joondalup WA. Not the fastest flash drive, but adequate for my use for it i.e storing documents and photos.
Tested it against a 32GB Sandisk CZ48 flash drive, both tested using the same USB 3.0 port.
4k write speed on the Toshiba is VERY slow !

  • Got 4 of them. Good enough for copying my huge files.

Thanks for the heads up, bought 2 64gb drives last night at Chatswood (they had some in a box of drives in the cupboards behind the counter and copiers) and the last jar of lollipops they had!
