  Download the app CardStar.
  Type the barcode in.
  
  And scan the barcode from your phone to apply voucher at checkout.
  
  Self serve or not should work fine.
  
  Tried and tested at Newmarket/Flemington Woolies.

  A staff member would most likely scan the barcode at your terminal before you are even finished scanning all your items. That's what happened to me at South Melbourne and Victoria Harbour.

Also got one of these at Marden in SA today. Might suggest it's nationwide.
