Am just getting into cold drip brewed coffee. would these varieties be suitable? Good way to try a bunch of them
For cold drip although these coffee will perform heaps better than your supermarket coffee(simply because they are fresh roasted and specialty grade) I wouldn't say that they were particularly suited to cold drip
For cold drip you generally would want a light roasted coffee often an Ethiopian or Kenyan with more unique fruity notes if drinking black and these coffees are blends roasted medium dark more suited to milk and espresso.
We do have some great coffees on our site like the Ethiopia Leku or Areka which I can roast to your requirements if purchased through the standard website listing.
Otherwise if your wanting this deal price then your welcome to leave notes in Paypal and I'll try my best to substitute 1 or 2 of the packs for a lighter roast for you(I have some light roasted Guatemalan and perhaps another. Therefore some for milk and espresso and some for cold drip :-)

Thanks. Found the previous combo still active on the Manna site and ordered last week with the above notes for 2 of each. Beans arrived yesterday with a note stating Inza not available and 2 other beans (Fortitude & SM) substituted.
Service from Manna has always been sensational. I understand that you guys do these specials in batches and beans aren't always available but I was surprised that no one got in contact before sending the order out. Thankfully Southern Mountains is a favourite here and hopefully Fortitude will be similar.
No problem :-) I'm sorry we couldn't email you back about the coffee change request notes left in Paypal but we get so many change requests that it would take too much time to enter into email discussions for all of them and would make the deal pricing not viable.
If the beans requested are being roasted at the time then we will try send them if notes are left in Paypal. Probably when your order was placed the Inza was not currently roasted but I believe we did manage to get 2 bags of the Guatemala out to you :-)
If specific coffees are required outside of deal listings then we can certainly roast to order and preferred roast profile and give that extra bit of service but it would need to be at the standard website pricing.
