        If we lowered the price to what was on Ebay we would be losing a large sum of money i.e our buy price has been set by our supplier, where Grays got an awesome deal from Yamaha themselves.

        Yup, middlemen are good for very little except inflating the price and eating into that bit of margin that the retailer busts his ass for.

        Writing is on the wall - eventually, manufacturers will sell direct.
