  Should also be noted the 3GB model has less shader units than the 6GB model. Basically, they disabled 1 out of the 10 SM's and consequently the 3GB version has -10% less shader units and cores

  1280 => 1152 Cuda core count
  80 => 72 Shader units count

  So it's the GTX 1060, but "not quite the 1060" model. Nvidia should have named it the GTX 1050? Nvidia doing the marketing shenanigans again.
