1080
AA0917K

Get $150 worth of shopping for $97.91 delivered!

Just spotted this when I went to click through :)

I especially love this part:

Woolworths Wish Gift Cards are a valid form of payment.

So here is the theoretical biggest discount:

  • Make a $150 order - Use code above to get a $15 discount & free delivery - We're at $135 delivered
  • Pay using a discounted 5.25% off Wish card - Total $127.91 delivered
  • Claim the cashback - $97.91 delivered (for a $150 order) :) (or ~34.73% discount)

So overall, you end up paying $97.91 for a $150 order delivered to you

Not bad huh? :)

Just please don't create 200+ new accounts in the process…!

    • +1

    • +1

Careful, you don't want to end up like this guy! :)

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/262141

      • Yeah read that and had a good laugh. Anyhow I don't care if they ban me, as I mostly shop in store anyway. I think I have about 6 accounts so far with the same address so I'll just keep trying my luck for now

        • +6

you will be fine mate. you are just 3% of what the guy did..you still have 194 accounts to make before you reach there.

        • +2

I'm the same, I would only shop at woolworths online if I'm abusing something to get it cheap!

      • +1

Is that person serious though? Is he running a grocery store out of his garage or something

  • +1

I should say, bloody good deal spackbace. Just wish cashback didn't take so long to actually receive

  • +1

Who will be banned next haha

  • Can you use the same Cashrewards account and just make a new Woolies one?

    • +1

Yes. There is no link between both of them.

  • +2

I've never spent $150 on a single Grocery shop in my life, but I will today to take advantage of this deal. Well done OP

    • +3

Woman on front of me at checkout last week had $366 of shopping, jobs and no rewards card, she agreed to scan mine, and thinking I'd get a couple woollies dollars off my shop when I scanned again for as I had about $8 in WW$.
Not a single cent of was earned on that shop.

      • +3

Not a single cent of was earned on that shop.

Hearing that makes me physically sick. If you're not (Oz)bargaining, you're not living!

      • +1

you just took her fuel voucher!

        • +1

          She didn't seem bothered……

      • +1

Careful she doesn't get the $10 off!

        • +1

I knew I only had about $8 of WW dollars……..
Was hoping I would get a few more bucks from her shop so when I put mine through the checkout, I'd get $10 off my shop for what I was buying…….
Nope, not a single cent on $366 shop!!!

    • Don't get your hopes up, this deal still not gonna help you, it's just 97.91

  • +1

Can I buy gift card with gift card purchase on cashrewards???

    • +1

      no

  • Use the code BOUNTY164 and you will get $20 off and free shipping on orders over $150. Brings this set up down to $92.97!

    • Beware of any code not listed on the CR site, might miss out on the $30

      • Nope. BOUNTY164 definitely works with CR.

        • You've had cashback paid on that coupon code, or just tracked?

        • @Spackbace: Fair point. Definitely shows up on my CR awaiting approval (as with any other Woolworths CR / 90 days confirmation period). I have no reason to believe it won't be paid based on previous rewards paid. Ask me after November 3 when the payment clears.

        • +6

Hi Aussietaster. Let me please clear this up. You always get a tracking email post-purchase, even if the coupon is not listed on Cashrewards. BUT, when Woolworths consolidates their sales down the track (thus the delay with the approval of payments) and sees a coupon was used that wasn't meant to be, your transaction will go from pending to rejected in your account. I've stated this across multiple deals - a tracking email is not a guarantee of payment. Thanks.

  • Great and just the other day spend $350 on our shopping, used to love getting codes but very little offered these days.
I used cashrewards to get 5% off but next day after doing that it was 5.25% lol.

But when it comes to opening a new account and i have tried many times over it keeps saying i already have account no matter what i do.
When does the $15 off expire?

  • Rewards are not payable if you use a coupon code that is not listed on this site.

  • will this work on bigW? can anyone confirm? or anyone have try?

  • First Order Woolworths Cashback Increase

Will they check for membership of the First Order? Do you have to show your First Order employee card?
Either way, it's only any good until the next time they blow up the death star…. Can't believe no one picked up on that.

    • +1

This is not the Star Wars deal you're looking for

  • Jesus christ I don't even know what's going on with cashrewards anymore…Somehow I have a negative balance from an order that was not cancelled/refunded on ebay………..

  • -2

I'm blonde can someone please explain how I get this to work.

    • +6

If you couldn't follow the easy instructions at the top of the post I'm sorry but there is no hope for you

  • i created a woolworths rewards account but it wont let me log into woolworths online to shop with the details. The login was not successful.
The email address & password combination you have entered is incorrect. Please try again or click the forgotten password link below to reset your password.

Although owned by the same company, the loyalty program and the online site are run on different websites and require separate logins and accounts.

Im not sure how i could possibly spend $150 worth of real food at woolworths that isn't preservative and sugar laden junk. Any suggestions? I normally buy some meat, veg, greek yogurt, milk and cream etc But the rest i consider poison. Still, great deal.

    • +1

does it have to be food?
What about stuff like toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing liquid, pet food, etc?

But I am struggling to spend 150 as well, without buying multiples of everything heh.

      Also you can freeze meat.

      • +1

Fair point..but i only buy all that stuff on 1/2 price and the likelihood of it all being in the catalogue at same time so low.

        • I struggle to make a shop up of $150 too and Im already prepped for a variety of different types of apocalypse's

Below is the sort of special i would very likely have missed out on if I waited on a fortnightly shop with a card…

Nescafe Gold Intense Barista Style 190gm (big tin) is on special at HALF-PRICE = $9. It is usually $16.99.

For me, having one of these cards would cost me more..

    • vittoria espresso coffee beans 15 bucks this week. Good buy IMO

    • Shame you can't just get money delivered. Which I can then use somewhere else to buy much, much cheaper vegetables.

  • This is a dumb question but how do I get the cash back? Can they email via paypal?

    • +3

It's not a dumb question, when you open up an account with cashrewards you nominate a bank account you want the cashback rewards paid into .

      • +1

        Thanks mate

  • +2

spending exactly $150 is not a good idea
All it takes for them to be out of stock on one item and adios cash back

    • +1

In another thread it was established that you would still get the cash back as it was their fault. Someone was even scheming to order something they couldn't supply to get the cash back and their money refunded.

  • +2

Im going to get 150$ worth of legs of lamb. Even if they are out of stock on an item, the cashback comes. On a previous deal, my meat was out of stock, so i spent about $15, then got $20 cashback. Nice. But i did want the meat. As i do this time.

    • be aware, they're slowly creeping up the prices of lamb legs (well, at least here in SA). USed to be 8 bucks a kilo, now they're often 12+

      • Yeah. I know. Last year they were on sale for $7 a kg occasionally. These days it's nothing like that. Nowhere. So this deal makes it 6.50$ a kg. Plus they probably give more than you pay for.

        • +2

The meat came. I got 2.6kg of chops. Paid for 1.8kg. Got 3kg of mince. Paid for 2.7kg. Got 15.5kg of lamb legs but only paid for 12.6kg. So without the discounts it is about $8 a kg. With the discounts the lamb the gave me was about $5.30 a kg. Bargain.

  • Do I have to join Cashrewards for this to work?

  • Is the amex deal still doing as well?

  • So you can create a new account to take advantage of the offer.. How is that going to work? Create a new Cashrewards account as well?

    • Careful on multiple WW accounts

You don't need a new CR account though

  • How long does it take for the wish card to hit my email inbox? Is it near instant?

    • There's varying factors, can be within a few hours, can be a few days

      Not instant though no

    • took about 2.5 hrs for me

  • My order was delivered this morning and I found out one of the items (food) has broken packaging. Called Woolworths and they issued a refund on that item. I'm just wondering would the $30 cashback still be approved by cashrewards in this case? Has anyone encountered this issue before?

  • Never ordered online before, hence just wanted to check if one could order things like Rebels or Myer Gift Card to reach the $150 order limit?

    • No, can't order GCs online

      • No worries - thanks for the quick reply. I'll certainly struggle ordering $150 worth of items then

  • +3

i do love a good bargain like this. OP, a 33% saving, you have out done yourself, thanks!

    • +3

      Why thankyou kind sir :)

      • i have a question, if ive ordered for say 131$, when can i claim a cashback on the cashrewards? its saying $0.00 to claim on my account

  • My cashrewards tracking email says the sale value is $0, is that normal? I spent about $170

  • OOPS EXPIRED!

  • AA0917K says its expired… I know $30 cashback has expired but it says $15 off plus free delivery code is there till 27/9/16.
