Me too, do you have one or looking for one. Wanted to check with someone who used it.
Nah neither sorry, until the prices come down more ;)
Wow your amazon link the latest version (I think). Thanks for the link.
I use a Mediashare with my usb 1TB portable.Cost just over 100 all in.
AIO set up is nicer, especially with the card reader
@Spackbace:
AIO stands for? Interested.All-in-one :)
The new one I posted above has card reader, wifi, power bank, usb3.0 etc :)
@Spackbace:
Looks good. The old 2TB version for only 150USD seems a good deal. Bit bigger than the 200GB stick above of course, but for 5 times the storage and double the price….. How portable is portable?@bigspike: is that a verbatim one?
How do you find the Mediashare with streaming? I have a Kingston MobileLite Wireless G3 & also a Ravpower, and I have noticed they both suffer from the same issue in that the wireless on them drops after a while (say an hour or so) and they have to be rebooted before you can connect to the network again.
Have you found anything similar to this with the Mediashare? Ravpower have sent me a FW update this week and have acknowledged the issue that they knew about when I mentioned it, so it will be interesting to see if the FW update fixes the issue.
@Raptors:
Never had issues with wifi drop out. I have this style:

Thanks mate. I might order one and give it a try. Having a reliable one (no dropouts/freezes) would really be the ultimate companion for my iPad mini (for what I use it for).
USB 2 could be a grind to fill it up with stuff to stream. Incremental back up could be really useful.
I have the 32gb older gen and I love the portability when traveling.
These have Micro SD cards inside right?
The older model (sandisk connect wireless flash drive) has a microsd slot and removable microsd card, but I think the updated model (this one) is fully sealed?
Not 100% sure, so please correct me if i'm wrong.
Interesting, i assume if has a battery inside that powers the wifi?
Yup only for 4 hours in average though
I actually like where these things are going, particularly for photographers :) Even has Plex support now
