Quicklens have a "Goodbye Winter" promotion offering $10 off and free shipping for all orders over $98.
I've been waiting (like a lot of people, I imagine) for the $50 off $99 at Specsavers for a while but I think I think that deal is a thing of the past. This is the next best I can find and certainly gives that deal a run for its money.
Quicklens is VERY cheap to begin with and this deal makes their prices extremely low. I believe they are located in Singapore but I checked out with AUD.
I'm sorry but at this stage I can't find an expiry date or any more details.

I was comparing at Specsavers and the same order would be $222.
Specsavers currently have a deal for $50 off + free shipping bringing the order to $172.
If you want a contact lens provider whose invoices are valid for refunds with Australian health insurance, you can use Quicklens prices for a price match with Clearly Contacts (-10%), get a better price and an insurance claim as well. This way I effectively pay nothing for my annual lens supply. .. :-) .. !!
