I don't believe that the image OP posted is the coupon. Not sure where OP got that image. The only way I know to get that coupon is through the website, at the "Eat Fresh Club" (shown in the top right corner): https://www.subway.com.au/eat-fresh-club
To receive the "Eat Fresh Club" benefits, a free account is required. (They send you emails/SMS but on your birthday, you get a free sandwich. I believe you can opt out of email/SMS and still receive all benefits.)
When you are signed in, you navigate https://www.subway.com.au/Eat-Fresh-Club to see OFFERS. Currently the offer is the free upgrade to footlong from six inch. Click "More" and you will see a button that says "Activate" and then you must choose which store. Then a pop-up will ask if you want to confirm, after which you get a coupon that's only available for 4 hours. You show that coupon (which has a timer ticking down to zero) on your mobile device to the people behind the counter and they should know what it is. However, yesterday when I used it the guy tried to give me a $0.95 discount on the sandwich instead of charging me for a drink and a six inch. You have to watch them like hawks!
So to answer your question, I don't know which ones are participating. But you could find out if one is not participating by clicking on the offer and trying to get the necessary coupon, and failing to get one. As far as I can know, all the SA/WA are actually participating.
So does this work with the $5 deal of 6" sub and drink deal but you now get footlong and drink for $5 ?
