Sign up to receive our digital catalogue & weekly deals to receive 2 x $25 store credits in your first 6 weeks. Store credits are issued after your 2nd and 5th catalogues and each require a $50 minimum spend.

Terms

One subscription per customer. To be eligible to receive 2 x $25 Store Credits the customer must opt in before 4th November 2016 to receive digital catalogues and all other marketing material from The Good Guys for a period of no less than 6 weeks. The first $25 Store Credit is earned after the customer receives their 2nd catalogue communication via email. The second $25 Store Credit is earned when the customer receives their 5th catalogue. Each Store Credit requires a minimum purchase of $50. If both Store Credits are used in the same transaction the minimum spend requirement is therefore $100. Customers are free to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing before the 2nd catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for any Store Credits. Unsubscribing before the 5th catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for the final Store Credit. Any Store Credits issued expire in 14 days. All Store Credits are for a single use and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, ITunes cards or agency brands including Miele, Asko, Neff, Jennair, AEG, and Falcon.

  • Anyone else having trouble with using their codes? Mine will expire today but it kept saying this when I try to use it..
    "We are unable to process this gift card. Please check you have entered the number correctly and try again."

        Message says "Thanks for registering for The Good Guys digital catalogue - Use store credit LKSC00001XXXXX PIN for $25 OFF ticket price with a MIN SPEND $50. Exp 27/10/16"

        • There should be a PIN, but for whatever reason this didn't seem to come through on your SMS message. My code, also expiring today and starting with LKSC0000 had a PIN associated with it. Looks like you will need to contact The GoodGuys.

          I just rang up their customer support..silly me was entering just the number. You need to enter the 4 letters in the front as well and then it should work! If it doesn't just give them a call on 1300 466 348. They are super friendly and helpful :)

  • Hi, has anyone received new $25 codes today? I received my 5th catalogue last Friday, but yet to receive any code.

  • The language was ambiguous, IIRC you had to sign up before the nov cutoff date. They may have decided to fudge it and just quit giving them out given how they were used? Pity. I never got my second one.

  • Yes, it would be good to know for sure what is going on, if somebody could make contact Facebook or some other method. I cannot do that today myself.

  • Jerks , didn't send me any codes, signed up in early september. Didn't reply to any messages i sent them either.

  • I've received my second code today (and haven't used my first one yet. It expires in three days, on the 25th), but none of them is working. I've followed all the steps mentioned here, but I keep getting an error from each of the codes. Can anyone shed light on this, please? I don't see why they had to send me a code today, if they aren't supposed to work.

    • It's all part of the code. Are you entering the pin as well? Doing it a the payment screen as a gift card, not promo code?

      • No, I am not entering the pin (as someone advised above), and yes, I am doing it at the payment screen in the gift card box. Nothing is working for me for some reason.

    • I know. I kinda even forgot about it. I had the previous one still sitting in my inbox and about to expire in just two days. This last one reminded me of that and I've stacked both of them to buy one item.

      Same, I logged in and used the contact form, they sent me an email after a day or two with the sms code stating they had sent the sms but they will extend the expiry for another 3 or 4 days. So might be worth a go.
