Sign up to receive our digital catalogue & weekly deals to receive 2 x $25 store credits in your first 6 weeks. Store credits are issued after your 2nd and 5th catalogues and each require a $50 minimum spend.

Terms

One subscription per customer. To be eligible to receive 2 x $25 Store Credits the customer must opt in before 4th November 2016 to receive digital catalogues and all other marketing material from The Good Guys for a period of no less than 6 weeks. The first $25 Store Credit is earned after the customer receives their 2nd catalogue communication via email. The second $25 Store Credit is earned when the customer receives their 5th catalogue. Each Store Credit requires a minimum purchase of $50. If both Store Credits are used in the same transaction the minimum spend requirement is therefore $100. Customers are free to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing before the 2nd catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for any Store Credits. Unsubscribing before the 5th catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for the final Store Credit. Any Store Credits issued expire in 14 days. All Store Credits are for a single use and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, ITunes cards or agency brands including Miele, Asko, Neff, Jennair, AEG, and Falcon.

So instead, I just ordered a laptop bag and a $0.05 Sim card (for reaching the $25 threshold) for a grand total of $0 via Click and Collect and it went through fine.   • I key in the code and received an error message "We are unable to process this gift card. Please check you have entered the number correctly and try again". Can anyone help? I entered on the last payment screen "gift card" field.

        EDIT: nevermind I've found a number on the ebay site, was not very helpful, just told to wait a few days because it might be 4 business days? frustrating.

  • Didn't receive my second code after 4 days of receiving my 5th catalouge, so ended up contacting the online sales and promotions team via email. Got a reply stating that nothing can be done as the store credits are only permitted to be given out in the 4-day time frame and they are not authorised to provide me with the code now as the 4 days have passed?! WTF!?

      • Yea, they send their store credits up until 12AM, so I was hoping it come by then at the latest, however it still didn't. Didn't know TGG would come up with a bs excuse when they can verify that I had not received the code.

        • Go talk to the Facebook team, they're far more helpful than the other TGG staff I have encountered.

    So it seem that they have coded to only allow you to stack 2 vouchers. I just tried applying a third and got the message "You have reached the maximum number of gift cards or store credits that can be applied to this cart." Welp that is disappointing

  • I'm probably covering ground that someone has already mentioned, but when I enter my email address and tab/click to the next field, I automatically get this error: "Please enter your email address". The submit button is greyed out.

    Anyone have a workaround for this?

      Try doing it on your smartphone? Are you using browser extensions? Try disabling those? (Open an incognito window in chrome)

  • Has anyone know if we refund the goods, whether we will get full refund inc the disc ? Eg. Goods value $100, disc $50. The invoice stated $100 and no mention disc. Do we get $100 refund or $50?

      If you to exchange item they will issue you with gift card and the loaded value will be $100. But if you want money back i think they will refund you with the payment method you have used. $50 back to bank card and $50 as gift card value.

          Still it's a reasonable question as TGGs own T&C said it was until November 4 th and they have been having IT issues. Basically, they have changed their published deal for some reason.
