You just book with no payment or ccard verification. They take note that the total bill is 50% off. Note this often discludes drinks, side dishes etc

Accorplus membership is good but is BOGOF per membership so 50% only if 2 people. For more people you need more memberships. And at $349/year it is not cheap.

The food is good, not great compared to similarly priced restaurants. When it's 50% off it's definitely worth a visit.
