Good price. 200 Watts isn't bad, and it goes down quite low (27Hz).
Its common practice to cheat on the frequency response specs by quoting them at 6 dB instead of the traditional standard 3dB. Makes the specs appear significantly better than they really are. Given the dB is left out of the spec in this case there is a good chance its not 3dB.
Maybe google it if you're thinkingvof buying.
Not a great sub, I have one. It has a loud fan that turns on and off when the bass hits which you can hear in quiet scenes and it has no auto-standby. Probably worth $150 tops.
Yeah right. I just saw your review on Whirlpool. That's crazy and is something that obviously isn't advertised and would only be discovered once you'e got it home. Kudos for spreading the word.
