Do gift vouchers count towards the $2000 requirement? Or are they considered a cash advance?

The thing is, how would they know you bought a giftcard?
Can't you just buy say a $100 woolies card, chuck some fruits with it and the cc payment is $102.32?
I'd be tempted to spend the $2000 on Wish gift cards from cashrewards.com.au - ends up being 9.75% off Woolworths Gift Cards? Tempting…if this offer is still around after the ANZ rebate (of $170) then I will sign up
thanks, i've applied
I can't see whether you get Velocity points or not?
No ongoing rewards with this card
Tired of Virgin.
They came with Westpac. Then they sold out.
Now they are back with Citibank. The exclusion of BPAY rules me out. Otherwise I would plunk the winter electricity+gas bill on it.
what's the point to have a 5% return by investing 2000 dollars cash and never get the 2000 back? this even worse than St Georg "Complete Freedom" 50 dollar deal.
+1 for the enthusiasm
