This sale is for people that have entered the unbelievable world of vr. This is a great deal if you want to take a chance. Sticks on the front of your HTC vive vr headset and allows you to have hand tracking. Looks great but be aware that it can't pickup what you are carrying. Only tracks empty hands.

Minus no tactile or haptic feedback….but I don't disagree it does make for a interesting experience…..
Just a follow up that this is not the cheap knock offs on eBay or amazon
I've got a Vive but i'm not sure what i'd use this over the controllers for exactly? I get what it does but does any of the software/games for the Vive actually make use of it?
It's all very 'proof of concept' at the moment. I suspect in the future there'll be flight Sims and space combat sims that might take advantage of Vive + Leap to give you an immersive cockpit. There might be some creative uses outside of flight, like strategy games or creativity games…. but I really can't think of anything else.
Not bad for Gear VR too
My Vive is about to get even funner!
Thanks.
Got a Leap Motion for 25$ at Dick Smith. Before they were closing down, even! Best deal I ever got.
Really impressive tech. Certainly feels more natural than holding a controller, and since the Orion update, the tracking is really good.
