    Be warned that all Sony electronics require the use of their proprietary Memory Stick card which is way more expensive than the more popular SD memory cards. Not sure how long of video time the internal 16GB memory can give you.

      I think you can get a memory stick adaptor from DealExtreme or other sites so you can use standard memory cards with it.

      New Sony electronics take both Sony Pro Duo cards and also SD cards. Sony also make their own SD cards now

    according to the Jb website .. Record for over 10.5hrs on 16GB Internal Memory .. doesnt state what resolution this would be though

    mmm tempting .. im heading overseas in july .. video camera could be good

    Maddie from Videopro here - I should mention these cameras are Brand NEW and not grey imports or display products and they come with the original 12 month warranty. We were overstocked and clearing the last ones out! This is a genuine offer.

    Please note. This has an internal memory of 16GB(approx 4 hours in the highest HQ mode) AND this comes shipped with a 16gb memory stick equiv to a class 4 SD in read/write speed.Extremely good value! the 16gb stick alone is worth $179 retail. I work at Sony Centre and we are owned by Videopro. They are a QLD owned company with 30 years experience. Very trustworthy and very professional staff. SD specs above are accurate.
