  No backlight on the LED display apparently, and the phonebooks stored in base and handset are not linked, meaning double entry, according to one customer review. I note that the COTD page lists the following:
  
  3 line white backlit dot matrix display with icons
  
  so perhaps user error, maybe on both counts. OzSikhs, can you confirm or otherwise, both these points?

    It does have backlight on the LED display, but for the phonebook, strange loops is correct, it doesn't sync the entries with base, but it doesn't bother me at all.
