Android devices need to be paired to the receiver via Bluetooth
Sure about that?
Yes, quite sure. I would not be very confident getting Pandora working over USB on android either.
just use a usb stick
Thanks for highlighting that there is no Bluetooth. I assumed it had Bluetooth. Was going to get one today, but will keep looking!
Depending on your local store, they may still have the Sony for $88. The Victorian shops all show as holding…

Nope, no bluetooth. I was looking at some other models in store today. Pioneer offered a little clue by putting "BT" after the model number. The limited specs are clickable at the bottom of this page:
http://www.pioneer.my/my/products-detail/index.html/?product…Dumb question, but if you get one with Bluetooth, can you listen to Spotify, or only music actually stored on your phone? I was looking at getting a receiver with an Aux port, but I am guessing Bluetooth is preferable if it can do what a Aux cable can, only wirelessly.
Yes Spotify, or any other music app. You get basic controls on the radio (pause, next track) and display track/artist/etc.
So much more than aux.
There is no direct access to music like with USB.Awesome. Thanks!
No bluetooth. Thats why they did not sell.
You be crazy to buy a car radio without it these days. CD, we can live without.
Does it work with lightning connector, or just 30 pin?
