Misleading. You still need to pay US$0.18 ICANN fee. So it's US$0.20 or AU$0.30. Or, 10x the amount in title.

Did you have to pay USD$1? At the bottom of the checkout page, it says…
"Note: You will be charged in USD for this transaction. 1 USD = 1.38 AUD"

1 USD = 1.38 AUD is just demonstrating the conversion factor. Not suggesting you'll be charged that.
The ICANN fee is real and compulsory and I did have to pay it.

My total was 13 cents because I paid a 7 cent transaction fee from my bitcoin bank.
tell me, what's the renewal fee after the year is up? that's where they get you. those cheap domain registrations always get you with the renewal fee.
They don't let you do multiple years on this website. But on namecheap, it's 2c for 1 year. And AUD$27.22 for 2 years. So AUD$13.61 per year afterwards.
