When I do the survey I present them my receipt, is this unnecessary even though it says in the terms and conditions? Can I just walk in with the voucher?
Also there is an expiry (3 days). Do they not observe this?
The receipt is not needed, but you need to list a store that you want to pick up the cookie, which is easily done on the tellsubway website, and there maybe a time that you need to fill out. The expiry is probably applicable, and you just walk in with the voucher, a purchase maybe required.
EDIT: OK you can no longer get the store ID from the survey, you can get this from the subway website. Also, maybe things have changed, it as a few years back when i used to get the free cookies with the tellsubway website.
