Finally completed the transaction but when I click on link in order confirmation email I get this error:

After a few refresh on blank page(after credit card details) i had confirmation email and downloaded a tickets :)
i did get mine, i have downloaded my tickets already =)

It's good to know some people are having luck with the system.
Dodgy IT system, pay good money and all I get in return is some useless server error message.

Got through. I emailed them about it and got the response:
"Unfortunately we do have a high volume of customers on the site at one time in which it has caused the site to go down temporarily.
It is best to try after 6pm tonight.
The $9 tickets will only be available today."
My wife just managed to get our tickets, and printed them off. She said it was still slow.
But I couldn't access the download page she linked in the email.

Reckon they sold too many, so the site will just stay down until tomorrow.
Nah, it's better for them to sell at half-price than not at all.
It's like the Taronga Zoo for $1 birthday deal - they drag in thousands more people than would bother going if there was no such deal (not to mention full paying people accompanying them). That's thousands of $s more than not going at all.
