Great price — I can't see the mention of refurb'd anywhere so I assume these would be new? Australian stock covered by Apple warranty?

Got mine from clive peeters when they had that deal from paypal for around $150 and it's definitely worth it. Such an awesome little unit and it has a wicked camera with some great effects.

ive got these before from 1-day. Can guarantee that they are new, non refurbished. Not sure, but i think they are covered by worldwide waranty. I had no probs registering the ipod.

on another note, these do NOT have a still camera, only VIDEO. the only reason i got rid of mine.
