    Just worked for me. Should work if you use different email, different name for a relative and make your address 1/22 something instead of 22 something if you don't have a second address.

    I am thinking, maybe they did a database cross check and only sent to clients in their database, even old finance customers. The cross section of those who received and didn't seems very random, I am just trying to find the pattern.
