I got one of these back in March and it arrived like 3 weeks later. Can't complain, somehow I've still got 44% battery life after 21 days without charging which is just insane for a tiny 45mAh battery (sleep tracking on, not many vibrating alerts). Band is sturdy and secure.

FYI I noticed the software update and my sleep data is still working. Have you tried restarting your phone and letting it resync up to the band.
Yup, i restart my phone a few times a week to clear the RAM. although i leave my bluetooth on this band will resync when i start the app (is it supposed to stay connected?)
when i first got it, everything worked good. not sure if its all the updates, but no idea how to reinstall backdated versions of app on IOS :(
whats the difference between this and the fitbit? does the fitbit have more features or better software?

You need to be more specific really as there are many different models of fitbit.. and they are pretty easy to google to be honest.. the main difference is going to be that this has no display… so you cant touch it and find out you steps, HR, time, etc… it is all done via your phone.. on the (very big) plus side is that it is waterproof.
Yeah I did a quick Google search… But having no past experience with fit bit/smart watched… Doubt really know where to even start…
