These batteries are legit and yes I do work for Bidmate but the deals come from the sellers on our site. We have varified these deals as legit.
I ordered - received the wrong battery…
Vendor claims they are resending…

And apparently if you post negative feedback or questions they delete your account.
That is not true,
Your account has not been deleted or suspended; your question has been passed to the seller and we can see he has replied to you offering to replace your battery.
You posted inflammatory comments about the seller in the user forums against site policy and those comments have been removed. There was also a fault in the email system that has been rectified and we have taken appropriate action so our error did not effect either the buyer or the seller.

Huh? I merely pointed out that the seller had not responded to my messages after sending me the wrong product and then a damaged product.
