There were about 5 others on display at Everton Hills Masters. Not the first time it's been at this price but it's not a bad deal for a cheap mitre saw.

Carry on and there'll be gore.
Geez, such a bore.
Think I'll go score.
Bunnings has the Ozito Mitre Saw with Stand for $79. Only difference between the two I can see is the 909 has a Laser and a few more watts. But for 40% cheaper it might be better to get the Ozito.

No stand for that one and it's only 1500w. If you don't need the stand though the Ozito is a good deal cheaper.
The main difference is the 909 slides. The $79 ozito does not slide. Might be worth the extra $$$
The masters one is larger (254mm v 210mm) and sliding.
yep, different product mate.
the OP's one is actually not a bad at all considering its features and free work stand.
I have the cheaper Ozito one, and the smaller blade and lack of sliding has caught us out, so wish Id paid more for a sliding one.
Also, you cant see from the photo but it includes an actual freestanding..stand. That's why it says twinpack
Can't find it on the website sadly to check stock levels
This is a Compound slide mitre saw. Normally $180 ish for a supercheap auto brand, next cheapest with a laser around $230.Very good price. Even better with an egift card. No idea about this brand, but looks half decently constructed. I purchased!
The box says "Twin Pack" - so you get 2 of these right ?
Adelaide Airport no stock left
South Oakleigh, vic = no stock :(
Excellent deal for those that can get it thoughI wish to buy one. No stock in williams landing. Can anyone confirm any stock in melbourne?
Didn't see any when I was at Hawthorn East earlier.
Roxburgh Park & Northland = No stock
Anyone know if there is any stock in WA?
I have this, bought it 3 or 4 years ago for about the same price. Great for the price, although the clamps aren't up to much.
Best thing was I used it to build a workbench out of pallets and some old kitchen units I found in a skip and won $500 of Master's vouchers in a competition on their website :-)
I have one that I paid a similar price for in the last deal minus the stand. I have been pretty happy with it and think it's a bargain for the price.
i have one of these and they are crap. don't waste your money. you would be better off using a circular saw. i actually saw them a while back for about this on clearance at the canberra store but didn't post it because i didn't want to subject anyone else to one of these things.
I say,
I'm sure I saw this saw at that Masters by the shore.
it was cheaper, don't be sore.
