um…. the store is in a westfields in parramatta nsw, australia with a dollar sign infront of the number in the picture too.

Just had a look at the manual - its just a bluetooth dheadset, so no reason it shouldn't pair with a pc (assuming you already have bluetooth support).
it's only single ear though, so basically the same as any phone bluetooth headset - just bigger. (I would imagine it should work with a phone as well if someone loves the look)
