Half Price Easter Eggs at Coles (and Woolies)

690

As could probably have been expected, Now that easter's over… All stock must go.

Pretty much all the eggs are 50% off at Coles (and at Woolies too, or so I've heard)

I know at this time of year More Easter Eggs is the last thing we need.

Good Idea, 'No', Bargain, 'Yes'.

Coles' sale does NOT include Creme Eggs, as I found out to my dismay :(

    • I thought I saw 50% off creme eggs at Safeway, though!

    • Not the individual ones, but the easter packs of Creme eggs are half price.

Why is this listed under apparel? I think most of us prefer to eat our easter eggs…… not wear them.

I don't know about you but occasionally I like to try and hop in my Creme Egg.

  • Thank you, Smarty Pants… I didn't see that step.

    • Sorry. Here's a + for you.

Maybe you should refer him/her to the Fitness First deal.

  • damn all the good ones gone :(

  • got the 380g MMs for $3 from $6. they had them on special at kmart for $4.

There will usually be a 2nd wave of reductions, a further 50% off is often what happens, so that's 25% off the original price. 50% off usually just brings the price down to a reasonable price, roughly the same value as the normal chocolates. True bargain is after the 2nd discount, of course there's less stuff then, so i'm not suggesting holding off your purchases.

  • Are the Lindt ones 50% off as well?

    • yeah, easter stuff only, not normal lindt lines.

  • The pack of 6 creme eggs were still listed as full price at Coles but went through as half price at $3.75.

BigW still had a full wall still of small egg bags left. Red-Tulip bag was $1.69

  • Bought some at Coles (50% off) last night, was disappointed in lack of stock left. Heading to Big W at lunch time to see what is left.

50% off easter stuff at priceline :)

  • my iga (leabrook iga south australia) had most stuff at $1-2 each , from $16 items to about 200 cadbury packs with creme eggs/caramellos/dairy/topdeck then heaps of red tulip eggs very cheap as well. Tonns of lint bunnys @ 2.99

  • I can confirm Creme Eggs 6 pack are $3.75 (1/2 price) at Pyrmont, NSW.

  • Big W is doing Two packs of 400 Gram Cadbury blocks for $8, which works out to be $1 per 100 grams. You don't see the 200 Gram blocks much less than $3 these days so it's 33% better than most block specials.

    • Sad thing is that at the beginning of last year, that was the regular price :(

  • I was in my local coles, but didn't buy anything. There were some nice looking 6 pack of various flavoured eggs from Choclatier brand, 110g for about $5. I've had them before and they're really nice, but i ended up just buying a kinder beueno for $1 (not an easter realted discount).

  • So I see this is what you have been doing with your time Tarmander… at least its productive albeit in a non financial way.

    • specials :D

  • Now 75% off - as of Thursday.

Cadbury bunnies for $1.37? Yes please..
