Their Australian Address is a postbox in Westfield Parramatta.
The company operates out of Hong Kong, and have many complaints against them.
purposely not offering paypal= dodgy and massive alarm
they will literally offer you 2nd hands, refurbs etc, youll never know what condition you get the phone in, very high chance its opened box too

I recently bought a Nexus 5x, I'd considered this seller to save some money but the consensus is that they are spammers. Buyer beware, use PayPal if available etc.. It's a gamble. You may get a non working second hand or a fake.
I think it's rude they even offer a 16gb model with no expandable storage. 64gb should be the standard if they want to be tight and leave out a part that costs stuff all to include.
I think 32 is fine, but yeah 16 is budget really
With today's tech 32gb is still rude even 64 especially for the prices on phones. It's a rort.
These guys have a VERY BAD rep. Google them and read carefully before handing over your $$
