      You should never allow aluminum foil in such to come in direct contact with a heating element because doing so could get it hot enough to catch on fire.

        Thats kinda strange… when camping I use aluminum foil over the fire all the time and it doesn't appear to be flammable.

        Where do you come up with this rubbish? Anything is flammable but for the use that is being discussed Aluminum Foil is not flammable.

        The melting temperature of aluminum foil is 660 degrees Celsius
