CTECHIE

Been looking for a deal on this TV for a while and this is the cheapest it's become by far!
Currently $2866 on Staticice

Amazing picture quality as it's an OLED panel, most likely the best 1080p TV on the market.

This TV is superb. It's also a great price.

  • this vs Samsung Series 9 SUHD 55" Curved?

I'm biased as I have this one but once you have experienced a black screen that is completely black, it is hard to compare. Only other screen to be close is a plasma.

  • Would be great. But need a SMALLER one!

Seriously, trying to buy a quality smaller tv can be an irritation.

    • I want a 65" version!

May be coz that movie is too dusty

  • I purchased this TV about 6 months ago for the same price.

It's fantastic. Watching a night scene is about 100x better.
I would recommend this for anyone who genuinely cares about picture quality.

  • LG should change their name to EL G coz it's pronounced the same way but written cooler, win win.

  • This is a good TV and at a good price. I've had my eye on OLED's for a while and decided to pounce a few nights ago.

Placed order online last night and paid via Paypal. Went to pickup my order at Nunawading TGG store (after I was told to), but was flat out refused pickup. I wasted time going there and had photo ID, receipt details, confirmation numbers (all on my smartphone), but it wasn't enough. Won't ever be going back there. May i suggest anyone wanting BETTER service, buy from Bing Lee.

    • What did they want for proof to pick up?

      • I have 2 options for shipping saved in my ebay account address book; a personal address/name and a business name/home address, the business one may have defaulted (i didn't pay much attention, because nothing was being shipped, i selected 'click and collect'). As a result, i couldn't prove I was a "business entity" as the business name and home address were showing on the ebay invoice when picking up the item; despite the fact i could prove i had registered the business (and provided photo ID showing my home address), but they wouldn't give me the TV…

There must be a new crime wave in 2016 hitting Australian retailers; where large amounts of hackers are getting into peoples email accounts and claiming someone elses identity when trying to pickup HIFI goods at stores like TGG. Are you serious TGG?! All they need…and I repeat ALL is someone, a family member of someone who purchased a TV at the same shipping adddress listed on ebay where photo ID may be asked for to record the full name and address as well as details regarding a receipt or confirmation of order email from your phone/tablet…THAT is MUCH MORE than sufficient…and I had all that!

The problem was made worse over the fact that I recently bought a new wallet and didn't have any copies of my business card! Face palm
