How do I become eligible to refer?
You need to be an existing Vodafone customer on a post-paid voice plan.
How does my friend become an eligible referral?
Your friend needs to sign up to any Vodafone Red or Red Business voice plan (that is not part of any sharing pool that you are in or under the same account name) during the offer period. Once their account is active (usually an hour or two for new SIMs and about 72 hours for numbers that have been ported to Vodafone), they are eligible!
What plans can my friend join to be an eligible referee?
They can join on a Red or Red Business voice plan, including month to month, 12 or 24 month contract options. See the options available at:

When do I submit the referral to claim the offer?
Once your friend has signed up to an eligible plan, you can fill in the redemption form together to claim the offer. You will get a confirmation email and will need to press the button to confirm you made the referral before either of you will receive the discount.
Where can my friend sign up to a Red Plan?
Your friend can sign up to any of the Vodafone Red plans in store, over the phone or online.
How many friends can I refer?
You can refer up to 3 customers however each customer will only receive the $5 discount once (including you, regardless of how many people you refer).
How long will the $5 credit last?
$5 credit will be applied every month for 12 months after we’ve confirmed your referral.
How will I know that the referral was successful?
We will let you know through SMS after the referral is confirmed and that your friend has joined the right plan within 72 hours of submission.
How long do we have to complete a referral?
Your friend must join and submit the referral together within the offer period between 1/3/16 to 12/4/16.
Are you sharing my information with anyone else?
The usual Vodafone privacy policy applies when you join Vodafone; no details about your referral will be shared outside the company.
What if my friend has already been referred by another friend?
They are ineligible for a referral claim if they have already been referred by another Vodafone customer.
Can I refer myself/other plans linked to my name?
No, you can only refer new accounts that are not linked to you.
What if I already have an existing Vodafone employee discount?
If you are an existing customer with an existing Vodafone staff discount you will be able to refer but will not receive the discount on your account.

Available when (i) a post-paid voice customer (Referrer) refers a new customer (Referee); (ii) the Referee signs up to any Red or Red Business voice plan between 1/3/16 – 12/4/16; (iii) once the Referee’s account is activated, which can take up to 72 hours, the Referrer assists the Referee to complete a Redemption Form at http://vfau.co/rr before 12/4/16; and (iv) when the Referrer receives the confirmation email, they press the button to confirm their referral. Excludes other business plans. Referrer and Referee cannot be the same account holder. Referrer and up to 3 Referees will receive $5 off per month for 12 months if they stay connected. Regardless of number of referrals, Referrer can only receive a maximum $5 discount per month per connection. Discount applied as a recurring monthly credit beginning from your next bill. If Referee cancels their plan, discount for the Referrer and Referee is forfeited. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Not available to employees of Vodafone or affiliated stores. Subject to change.

Included international standard minutes can be used to make standard voice calls to countries listed at www.vodafone.com.au/internationalcountries Once these included international minutes are exhausted, you will automatically be charged $6 which provides you with an additional 60 minutes of standard voice calls to the same selected countries.
