Who would pay 2 for $50 for preowned when you can get it new at 2 for $50. Maybe they should reduce the preowned ones to 2 for $40.

Its to make people think that it's acceptable to pay $25 for 2 new games than 2 preowned ones, which would make the new ones look like a good deal.
