If there is access from the interior of the apartment then, yes, the deal covers it
With no information on what you are getting or saving and a nonfunctional website this just adds up to spam.
That's because it covers nearly all contingencies… maybe a polite enquiry could stop your bitternesd

Up to 1 Metre square… does not include builders cleans…FYI all the bitter people font seem to have any deals of their own…interesting
