    Slightly?. Some time ago i received a blu-ray box set from Zavvi where all the amaray cases in it were smashed up. From memory it was just placed in a plastic satchel which was useless. Arrived from half way around the world in pieces. I hadn't been doing many blu-rays from Zavvi since then.

        Yes they are called Royal Mail and Australia Post. I have heard stories of how some Australia Post despatch staff treat parcels like footballs.
