One of our local Wollies shops didn't have their
"Free Fruit for Kids" cart out, last time i shopped.
I hope folks doing what you're doing haven't stopped
Wollies from giving kids fruit, whose families can't
afford to (or just don't) buy fruit for them… :-/
Is there a delivery fee?
Can that fee go away if we Click+Collect?
TIA

Can anyone ordered one of these before comment on quality of the produce?
We ordered day beforehand, a large box of fruit (and milk, bread, snacks etc) which we picked up from Coles at our holiday destination just prior to check in.
There was ample fruit and it was all great quality and ripe/ready to eat. We got extra punnets of strawberries. We bring our blender for summer smoothies.

Offer it to your neighbors, before trashing it.
In fact, neighbors with diff. fruit & veg tastes
could well buy diff. boxes share & share/exchange
on receipt of their boxes (eg, order together,
send to one address), etc.
I just keep sending the kids into Woolworths every few days. They collect enough free fruit from the box on entry and bring it out to me in the car. Saved about $60 this month alone.
