Cheaper shipping, but less of the food/grocery type items. Vitacost shipping is expensive but fast (3-4 days?). iherb shipping is especially cheaper if you're ordering 3-4kg of stuff, and usually gets here in just over a week.
I'd say 10x better. Much faster shipping. Never had a prob with them. Vitacost I had plenty of problems. Once I placed a big order that didn't arrive and it took me months to get a refund. The tracking said it went to Germany and they refused to refund me saying its not their problem that it went to Germany instead of Australia. I spoke to so many people and it took forever for them to refund me.
