Hi all,

Dick Smith have this headset going for pretty cheap - $99.96 plus a further $10 off with the coupon MEGA10.

Mixed reviews, but mostly from people that have had issues with range - that looks like it may have been a firmware issue or something (people have returned them and got one with acceptable range).

  I've reported this deal so that Mods can put Dick Smith deals on hold for now. It is not about the bargain any longer but the long term pain if something happen to the order. Anyway, just me. Nothing personal OP.

  Agreed. I wouldn't consider any online sale or preorder a 'deal' from Dick Smith at the moment. If you can walk in store and get it, sure.

  Negging this as a strong warning to shoppers. Once a company has entered voluntary administration purchases made can be incredibly risky. Don't want my ozbargain family losing money to D$E

  For the people who want to risk it, these seem pretty reasonable. I picked some up during the Sony 12 Days of Xmas sale for $50 or whatever they were, they're certainly not the best in terms of audio quality but they're good enough for tunes while you're going for a run. I'm usually a little picky with headphones but I can deal these.

  FWIW - picked these up and seem okay. Comfortable, sound quality is fine. Volume doesn't go to high though.
