you could price match at OW and get it for 5% better ~ $662

  Latest rumours and leak from China telco says the new S7 will announce in Jan and launch in Feb so S6 only had 10 month lifespan. I wouldn't buy one now….

    Thanks for the heads up, although Im still keen on the S5 instead (waterproof feature) so hopefully that also drops in price when the S7 is launched as I missed the last $397 HN offer.. :(

    Last S6 edge bricked due to water damage after 1 month of use and no insurance. So options are buy the S6 or repair S4 screen for $129 and wait for S7 to be released?

      Damn, that is an expensive paperweight. My Xiaomi I bought from HK Ebay died because my bike mount squeezed it too hard and broke the digitizer, I spent another $20 to get a new screen from Alixpress and will try to fix it myself. But that is only $250 all up.

      I really wish all phones by now especially flagship would be waterproof like the Sony. I need to get the Samsung due to wanting to use the Gear VR goggles for a business purpose, but if it is not waterproof then I will be getting something like this: http://heavy.com/tech/2015/04/best-waterproof-water-resistan…

      You do have a third option - I bought a cheap used Nexus 5 on ebay for about $160 which was a great price. It is actually very zippy because it is running Marshmallow already, so it was a great option for me, I am pretty happy with it for the price.

    the price match was when OW was selling more than $697 (at time of posting)… I checked and the price is now same at $697. so don't think you can price match there…

    but if you're keen, you can do the TGG and get "120% of the difference as a PAY LESS eftpos card or store credit" they're selling S6 for $879 so will get ~$36 back by my calculation !

  looks like s6 all sold out no stock for pickup..
