Not that great to be honest. Unless you buy phones tablets TVs the more expensive gadgets etc

    The high ticket items.

I remember the old days minimum nowhere near $150,$100 is the border line

    • Yeah the item I want is less than $100 so I'm not sure if I'll hop on this.

  • Well at least my discount will now pay for the shipping costs

  • Anyone know if this is a genuine G1W-CB dash cam, or know of a seller on eBay that has the genuine ones? I'm a bit suspicious as the image has "blueskysea" written on the dashcam, and I thought the G1W-CB didn't have a brand name on it? Thanks

    • +1

Buy from estore009 - that is the one recommended on dashcamtalk.

      • Gotcha, thanks! They don't have the G1W-CB, but I can live with the G1W-C :)

        • I bought from them last year as well. I just picked up another one as spare.

I am going to make my own G1W-CB by seeing if I can cover the silver ring with some cover.

My G1W battery is going funny due to the heat, hence I got this one.

          Works a treat.

        • @jlogic: What MicroSD card do you use? :)

        • @PowerB: some Samsung 32GB I got from PCByte lol

  • One plus seXy is on the way

  • Cashrewards site is down ?

  • Was waiting for the GoPro Session for $258 from GG. Now marked up to $299.

    • Can get it for $255 (and cash rewards ontop of price), still reasonable price

  • Do I buy the Dyson v6 Animal from Masters or hold out for a better deal down the line?

    • The only better deal for V6 I have seen was DSE 30% off which happens very rarely and most of times it comes with exclusions. I was guessing it'd be couple of months for the next discount to come through and you may save up to 20 bucks for that months of waiting. Fyi, I pulled my trigger just then.

      • I ended up buying one too. I've seen them pop up for under $400 a few times, but have always been too slow. I decided for the sake of $20-ish, I'd pull the pin for a guaranteed purchase rather than risk missing out again!

        • +1

and if the 4% CR works, it will work out to be close to $400 anyway :)

  • +1

LG OLED 55" TV is now GONE >"<

  • Thanks OP! Bought a Dyson V6 Animal Handstick from Masters + a Sony HTXT1 Soundbase. I'm one happy OzBargainer!

      C&C from Dick?

      • +1

Correct. I just got a call from the store saying they won't have new stock until next week but offered the display model for 100 off. But then when they realised it was C&C couldn't do it. But may be worth asking about

Bit annoying that I couldn't do click and collect though, as the local officeworks is around 200m from my residence.

      This made my decision easier.

    • got one, with 4% CR and gst refund comes down to ~218 =)

      • should be ~240 with CR?

        • yep it is but I can claim GST as well against the business - 240/1.1 = ~218

        • @pinoyjay:

          very nice

      Which seller did you use?

  • Damn
Your cart has items in several currencies, and we can only accept payment for one currency at a time
We've grouped your items by currency, so please pay for each group separately
Don't worry, your remaining items will be waiting for you in your cart

    • yep had the same problem just had to go look for another item in same currency

  • +1

    Thank you for this.

This just made me make a far better decision regarding a new TV purchase.

I was going to spend a grand on the 58" Hisense UHD: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Hisense-58K321UW-58-147cm-UHD-LED…

I couldn't quite justify that price… and then saw this, but then that TV became 'out of stock' on ebay, so I couldn't apply this code.

So I made the better financial decision to get 'just' a FHD 55" model, and ended up paying $760.75. For a TV with a 3 year warranty that I can go and pick up today, that's pretty damn good in my book. (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/141837212200 )

Thanks again, wouldn't have known about this otherwise!

    • +1

      Hisense?

      Ugh.

      • +8

Yes, Hisense, I've read the reviews, I like getting a 3 year warranty, and I'd rather not spend thousands on a TV.

I'm setting up a whole other house (separating is a bitch), and don't have the luxury of limitless spending on the 'top end' TVs.

The one at this place is a Panasonic I bought years ago, and it's a great TV, but I'm leaving it here.

Feel free to think your screen is far superior, I'm ok with that.

        • +4

Just saying - I have had one of Hisense's "best" Smart TVs and I can tell you it is anything but smart. Laggy, audio out of sync, awful picture quality, bad remote connectivity…

All I'm saying is I'd pay $700 for a smaller TV from LG etc before going for big "inches".

  • OP The Sandisk SSD you linked in your post is 120GB not 240GB. Seller is trying to do a sneaky with that title.

  • +4

What's with all the stealth brag posts and not sharing links?

    • Done :)

  • any solid PS4 deals guys? under $320?
