How does price match at Officeworks work?
Present the ad at your OfficeWorks store and they'll offer you the discount if you have stock.
Just take the url into any Officeworks - they'll look it up, call them to check stock, then beat it by 5%.

Just got one price matched at JB's for $215.
any idea if this is a second or third generation ipod touch?
JB's details said it was a 3rd Gen, but I've read that 8gb are only 2nd gen. If you want 3rd Gen, might suggest you hold out until 8gb are obsolete, which probably isn't that far away once the Apple tablet comes out, also based on the number of times 8gb iPod touch keeps going on sale.
iirc it should be 3rd gen but it just doesnt come with the headset with the mic
The so called 3rd gen 8GB ipod touch is just a reissue of the 2nd gen so has same hardware. The true 3rd gen ones are the 32GB and 64GB that came with the newer hardware, the 8GB just got the old hardware still.

ipod touch 8gb gen2 is $193 from OW. I bought it then upgraded to 3.1.3 with $9.99 fees in itunes store or download the firmware somewhere else for FREE!
That makes it only $204.24 at Officeworks. Nice find!
