  • my free sample wants my credit card number. am i doing something wrong?

    cancel that. gota choose invoice.
    cheers!

How much do these samples normally cost?

  • Looks like they have added on $16.50 for freight for all samples.

    • Did you choose invoice instead?

  • -6

should mention you need to pay freight.

    • edit: there wasnt any freight charge when they posted the deal

    • +2

No you don't, I just checked it for myself and it's coming up as completely free.

    • It is showing freight in the shopping cart for me. I'm on the far north coast of NSW.

    • If you add more items the postage is free.

  • Are you able to order one of each? Or is there a limit.

    • +1

that's what I did 1 of each 8 items all up worked fine

      • Thanks, looking from the description of each item, they contain multiples aswell.

        • +1

Yes, there are multiples. My friend got a whole box full of stuff delivered a few days ago.

          @shanneene:
          Oooh nice, thanks mate.

        • @shanneene: Any photos of the box? or how much like 1 of each cup/plate etc..

        • @Sashys: No, as she lives in another state. I could ask her to post some on her facebook, and then share them here, but I don't know if the offer will be still going until then. I have to go out for a bit, but I will ask her later, when I get back.

edit: She said it arrived really quickly though.

  • +1

Thanks. Ordered all samples. Freight was free.

  • How come when I click place order nothing happens

    edit: Nevermind, bit slow.

    • Yeh took me a few goes for the order to go through. Or review order then go back in.

      • +2

Yep finally got it after couple refreshes.

  • Free? I added one of each to the basket and it says $19.50 plus $1.95 GST, so $21.45.

    • Try again, and choose the invoice option. Make sure you don't add the one that actually costs 19.50, because that one is not free. I think the rest of them are free.

    • +3

      Remove the reusable coffee cups

      • Ah, excellent. Thank you two. :)
Made the order and it is free.

  • I chose all products and used invoice option. It went through.

    Cheers OP.

  • Weird. Just did a test checkout - I only wanted to try the clear cup samples and it wanted to charge me $15 delivery. Ended up adding four items to get the delivery to $0?

  • Thanks, OP! Didn't pay attention that there are reusable cups for 19.50, and I placed the order through invoice. I've just sent an email to them and asked to cancel my order. Hope it will be cancelled without any problems.

  • seems their website is crashed….. cant place order

    • Solution : complete order…. goto Invoice and enter XYZ in the invoice number and click next…. all good.

    • working fine here

  • Says GST - NaN
    Total - NaN
Not sure what the NaN stands for?

    • Nan = 0

      • Cheers, will put it through!

    • +1

NaN stands for Not a Number. Means they made a boo boo in their coding most likely.

  • I'm surprised that there's no cap on number of samples you can order, only ordered 1 of each but with a little testing, it didn't even reject 10 of a sample pack.

I feel sorry for these guys lol. They're gonna come back after the weekend and find out half of their stock has to be shipped out for free.

    • +8

Which is why I didn't go ahead with my order, I feel a bit guilty claiming samples from a business that sends out samples for legitimate places that want to try their product, as opposed to people like me that just want a freebie

  • Thanks OP :)

I ordered all of the free samples. Let's hope they honour all of the samples and send it.

  • +15

I felt guilty too, so didn't go ahead with order eventually. The samples are meant for businesses/ customers from whom they can expect more orders. I knew I wasn't going to do that, so didn't want them to make losses because of me, especially when they aren't a big corporation.

  • +5

This hasn't expired, it still seems to be working :) Now that I've read some of these comments, I too kinda feel bad for ordering something that won't result in me buying from them. Here's hoping that they don't make a loss :/

  • Looks like they've cancelled the orders, and removed all the sample packs from their website.

    • Did you get an email from them saying that they'd cancelled your order?

      • Nope no email. They've only updated the order status on the website.
