Even on sale crocks are ripoff for a cheap injection molded foam rubber. $5 copies at the markets are still not worth buying.
I think the votes are a bit harsh - have you tried the Croc thongs, they look uber cool and are more comfortable than any other pair of thongs I've ever owned (they have also lasted a couple of years still looking good)
I hate to be mean, Jason. But here I go. They don't look cool - people aren't staring at you coz your cool. They have lasted a few years and still look the same - they never looked good.

Dont leave them outside in the sun on a hot day, the 40 degrees heat makes them shrink and warped!
So I bought my first pair of Crocs @ xmas sale {through a post on this site}
and love them . Had a problem with 1 of the clips breaking bout 1 week ago - emailed them from my invoice, they called my mobile within 10 min and the next day I received a pack of spare pins in the mail!! A++ customer service on a product that is global - find that for $30 - I would not hesitate buying another pair.

i find that the crocs last the longest with my kids. 2 years and they are still in great condition compared the the rivers or inferior brands.
there are some nice designs and i think those who say they look ugly cant base that on whether $9 for a pair of shoes is a bad deal.
However i do agree $10 per pair for postage is a bit steep.

The traditional "crocs" are disgusting … I laugh when I see people wearing them. But they've got a huge range now. I bought some thongs last year and they're soooo comfortable. This looks like a really good sale.
I agree. I don't wear them myself but I've a friend who wears the thongs and swears by how comfortable they are. His pair is all black too, hardly 'ugly'.

They don't feel as comfortable around the front foot area but they are wearable.
Crocs are good as the plastic never changes shape.
I've bought sandals that felt good when trying them on but after a few uses my feet get heavily rubbed and bleed from the leather.
Not a good look.
I'd much rather footwear that's comfortable and will not cause foot problems in the future.

I ordered one pair of the Orange Beach Shoes, and 2 pairs of the thongs… never been a fan of the Beach type design ones, but good for a throwaway pair to walk around in the garden with. I've worn different types of crocs thongs before and they're comfy, so hopefully the ones I ordered are good!

I ordered on the 22nd of Feb and got my confirmation email on the same day but no package yet.
Tried calling (message bank is full so couldn't leave a message) and email (Email sent on 25th, no response).

I ordered during the sale, and got the package today. Unfortunately, I only received one item out of the two I ordered. When I looked at the tax invoice, it stated that the other item was out of stock. I've just lodged a complaint because they charged me the prices I paid for these two items including the shipping; not a happy customer!
Ordered 2 pairs, got one pair Friday, the other Tuesday.
i ordered 3 pairs during the promption period. but today when i open the package, there is only one pair.
on the invoice, it is written that "out of stock" for the other two. however, the total cost remains unchanged.
does anyone know what is going to happen next? will the other two pairs arrive? or will they refund?
i am not happy. there is tracking system on their website and no explanation for what is going on.

This is going to be fun… I made two orders…around 10 pairs per order for family and friends … I wonder how many I am going to receive!
Same here, I've ordered 5 pairs and only 3 pairs arrived. I also wonder whether they are going to give me a refund or send me the remaining 2 pairs later one.
My first order arrived yesterday afternoon by courier. Ordered 11 pairs and got 10 in the box. Not too bad compared to those who only got one out of 3. Again, no indication on whether they will refund or send later. They just highlighted the one missing and wrote 'Out of Stock' next to it….
I've raise the question to Crocs and they said the unfulfilled ones will be refunded and also the partial delivery cost.
Possibly the ugliest "fashion" trend I've ever seen.
