  • Wonder if this works with digital TV

    • +1

It'll work with any device that outputs composite video (ie yellow cable), but the picture quality wont be great.
Range will be pretty poor.. the 100m claim will only work across a room with no obstructions on a cool night with low humidity.
Expect it to go through maybe 2 walls in real life.

  • its pal only, so wont do HD, or FULL HD, as far as digital TV goes, yes it will send a signal, but not at HD res. its less about digital TV and more about the signal its sending.

so you cant really use it for Blueray, HD movies etc… it will send them, just at a lower res. (eg you'd plug a RCA connector in to it.)

  • what do i go with if i have iq2 and want it in my room it is less than 10 m away maybe 1 wall

If you have Wireless within your home both signal and wireless will suffer. Also, if you turn your microwave on, the signal will be completely disturbed!

Also ensure that your Cordless telephone is not 2.4GHz - it can also conflict with it.

  • i thought COTD was banned on here?

  • The price might be alright but these things aren't very good imho. I've had a set for 18 months or so and it works but the build quality is really poor. Another thing is the reception I guess you would call it, one day it'll be working fine in one spot, a couple days later in the same spot you'll get interference and you'll have to move the receiver around to get a proper picture.

  • I voted + before receiving the item but it was advertised incorrectly. The item I received only had one input, not two as advertised. I've submitted a refund request and will update on progress.

EDIT: Got a refund with no fuss.
