    It is supposed to end at 11:00am Eastern Summer Time, but they plan to extend in a little longer.
    Now extended until 1:00pm.

          USD $55 is Au $76 now, I paid USD $70 in July at basically the same conversion rate, based on where the currency is going and my usage rate, it seemed lie a sage bet to get 4TB.

      No idea, retention rate is not usually the issue, DMCA's are normally what will kill something first.

    Good deal! I switched to these guys from AstraWeb when it was $70 for 2TB. Haven't had any issues, speed is very good too (if not better!).

    I've been having issues with incompletes on Astra web probably DMCA but it seems to be quite widespread and random. Would this be a better option?

      IMHO Tweaknews is one of the best for completeness/slower to remove DCMA flagged content.

          oh there ya go! Have you found they've gotten worse? I haven't noticed any difference, but I have 4 different block providers, include newsgroupdirect, it's been awhile since I've had any incompletes.

          @supabrudda: i havent noticed too much as i try not to grab things too old. I have noticed that they tend to still have the missing parts that have been removed from my thundernews (also highwinds) account on the odd file

    I use tweaknews and usenet.farm as a block account… Never have any issues.
