Basically, apply for card by 31 Dec 2015 and earn 10k points on first spend, and another 10k points when you spend $5000 in the first 3 months. First year is fee free.
You can also apply for the High Flyer card, which is 60k bonus points total ($289 annual card fee) "Earn 10,000 bonus Points each month for the first 6 months when you spend $3,000 or more each month. Up to a total of 60,000 Velocity Points."

There's also the option of (up to) 25,000 bonus points, which is a better deal IMO. You get 5000 bonus points each month for the first five months, as long as you've spent at least $500 that month.
