This mob is a pain to deal with, i purchased a phone from them just a few months back, phone developed a fault and there is literally zero warranty support, their online ticketing system is a joke, response is not timely, they keep playing message ping pong continue to waste time in hope you will get frustrated and walk away. In one of their replies they asked me to check repair cost from a local repairer and give them a quote. What a joke, Stay Away from this mob.
Every smartphones sold by us has an warranty period.
But the warranty is not being honored
